When your child or pet outgrows their mat, email hello@popsykosy.com with order details and a photo. We confirm a trade-in credit, send a return label, and apply the credit toward your next PopsyKosy mat.

What happens to a traded-in mat?

Returned mats are cleaned and refurbished for resale where possible, or responsibly recycled, since every PopsyKosy mat is made from 100% pure virgin EVA.

The Heritage Trade-In Program

When your child or pet outgrows their PopsyKosy mat, you can trade it back to us for credit toward a replacement. A great mat should never end up in a landfill, and a growing family should never pay full price twice. The Heritage Trade-In closes that loop.

Email us at hello@popsykosy.com with your order details and a photo of your mat. We confirm the trade-in credit, send you a return label, and apply the credit toward your next PopsyKosy mat, whether you are sizing up to a larger floor or moving from our 0.5-inch Signature to the 1-inch Boulder.

What Happens To Returned Mats

Because every PopsyKosy mat is made from 100% pure virgin EVA, returned mats are cleaned and refurbished for resale where possible, or responsibly recycled. Nothing is wasted, and the materials stay in use rather than in the trash.
