We build above the ordinary EVA standard — starting with an EVA core that is USP Class VI biocompatibility-tested, then engineering the structure and surface to last in real family homes.
- Large 24″ interlocking tiles with detachable clean borders — fewer seams, and any single tile is replaceable.
- OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class I (Annex 6) — the strictest under-3 skin-contact tier, uncommon in EVA play mats.
- Low-porosity wipe-clean top film — an anti-scratch TPU surface that shrugs off spills and daily life.

Why We Exist
We chose the ceiling, not the floor
Grace founded PopsyKosy in 2021 to fill a gap. Most “non-toxic” brands stop at CPSIA — the legal floor. We believed the real ceiling asked for more.
That meant deeper certifications (OEKO-TEX Class I), a better material grade (USP Class VI-tested), a 1″ ultra-thick option, large 24″ clean-border tiles, and published lab data — formamide N.D., 6-phthalate N.D., 10-metal N.D.
PopsyKosy publishes all of it. Not as marketing, but because a family deserves to see the proof.
