Simply wipe with mild soap and water and let it air dry. The non-porous surface won't absorb spills — no harsh chemicals or steam needed.

Yes. The closed-cell EVA surface is water-resistant and non-porous, so spills, drool and the occasional accident wipe straight off without soaking in.

Lay it flat at room temperature and any shipping creases relax within a day or two. For a faster result, place a light, even weight over the creased area overnight.

The mat is comfortable on most underfloor-heated rooms at normal household settings. Keep heated floors at their usual operating temperature and avoid placing direct heat sources on the surface.

No. The underside is soft, even EVA that rests gently on hardwood, tile and laminate. We still recommend lifting rather than dragging the mat when you rearrange.

The interlocked tiles form one large, stable surface with a soft, grippy underside that stays put under crawling and play on most household floors.

Many families use it in pet spaces for the cushioning and easy wipe-clean surface. Note that pet chewing, claws and bites fall outside the warranty — see our warranty.
