The 2-Year Warranty

We build every mat to last — and we stand behind it. If a genuine manufacturing fault appears, it's our problem to fix, not yours.

Every PopsyKosy mat is covered by a 2-year manufacturing-defect warranty from the date of delivery. Here's exactly what that means.

What's covered

  • Defects in materials and workmanship
  • Tile-edge separation or interlock failure
  • Colour fading under normal indoor use
  • Compression-set beyond manufacturing tolerance

What's not covered

  • Everyday wear from normal use
  • Pet chewing, claw scratches or bites
  • Cuts, tears or burns from sharp objects
  • Damage from improper cleaning or misuse

Our team confirms your warranty and assesses the fault — usually within one business day.

Do I have to register to get the warranty?

Registration is recommended so we can reach you directly, but your 2-year warranty applies to every mat. Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.

How long does the warranty last?

Two years from your date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

What if only one tile is faulty?

We replace the affected tiles rather than the whole set, so your floor is back to perfect with minimal waste.
