How to register
Email hello@popsykosy.com with your name, order number, the colorway and size you purchased, and where you bought it. We'll confirm your registration and warranty start date by reply.
What your registration covers
Every PopsyKosy mat carries a 2-year manufacturing-defect warranty covering material defects, tile-edge separation or interlock failure, colour fading under normal use, and compression-set beyond manufacturing tolerance. It does not cover pet chewing, claw scratches, or cut damage. See the full terms on our warranty page.
Safety first
Registration also lets us notify you directly about any product-safety information. PopsyKosy mats are tested to USP Class VI, OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class I, CPSIA, ASTM F963 and EN 1177. Learn more on our certifications page.

Do I have to register to get the warranty?
Registration is recommended so we can reach you directly, but your 2-year warranty applies to every mat. Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.
Where do I find my order number?
It is in your order confirmation email. If you can't find it, email hello@popsykosy.com and we'll look it up.
