Our certifications

• USP Class VI biocompatibility (tested) — the U.S. Pharmacopeia standard for polymers in prolonged human-tissue contact. Verified by an independent multi-stage lab battery (acute systemic, intracutaneous, intramuscular); ISO 17025 reports on request.
• OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, Class I — the strictest tier in textile chemistry, for items in skin contact with infants under age 3. Tested against 250+ substances including phthalates, formaldehyde, VOCs, heavy metals, allergenic azo dyes, and pH balance.
• CPSIA — U.S. Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act compliance; third-party verified for lead, phthalates, and physical hazards.
• ASTM F963 — U.S. toy safety standard compliance.
• EN 1177:2018 (SGS · Hardline Lab) — European impact-attenuating playground-surfacing standard, measuring head-injury risk (HIC) from falls. Certified to a 0.6 m critical fall height at 0.5-inch and 1.0 m at 1-inch. Rated for indoor and outdoor use.
• CE marked — European Conformity for EU import compliance.
• California Prop 65 compliant — no warnings required.

Material & surface

Five bonded layers of closed-cell EVA with a skin-neutral pH 6.5–7.0 surface. Formaldehyde-free, phthalate-free, BPA-free, PVC-free, and hypoallergenic — independently tested below detection thresholds. Designed in Los Angeles; precision-made in Taiwan — why origin matters.
